If you are not completely satisfied with your product. You may return your unopened and unused product(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full return or store credit.
Products must be unopened and unused with their original packaging.
Please note that return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
Step 1: Email customer service at help@zionhealth.com with
- Your order number
- The name of the product(s)
- The reason for the return
- Any other information or picture(s) you would like to share. (If the item is defective please include an image of the faulty part of the item.)
Step 2: If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your order.
Step 3: Once we receive your return items, they will be inspected, and processed. Once the return is complete you will receive a return confirmation email.
*All returns need a return number, returns without a valid return number will not be processed.
*Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to show up on your bank statement
*Store credit refunds will be processed immediately
