Do all of your products have Ionic Clay Minerals?
We infuse Ionic Clay Minerals (Calcium montmorillonite) into all of our product formulations.

Which, if any, of your products are gluten-free and vegan?
All of our product are gluten-free.
All of our product are vegan excluding our keratin hair mask and lip balms (except lemon). Due to the use of animal derived keratin and beeswax. We are working on creating vegan lip balms and hair masks.

How do I store my clay-based products?
We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place, and out of direct sunlight.

Do ZionHealth products have best before/expiry dates?
Yes, once a product is opened and used its shelf life will vary. There is a symbol on each product, a small pot with the lid slightly ajar and a number inside. This number refers to the number of months in which to use the product.

Do your products contain Parabens?
All of our products are now made WITHOUT Parabens, Sulfates, SLS, Aluminum, Phthalates, Phenoxyethanol, and Polyethylene Glycol.

What is the difference between BOLD, GLIDE, SILK, and ROLL ON?
Finding the right deodorant can be complicated, and we are here to help.
ALL of our deodorants are formulated WITHOUT aluminum, parabens, and sulfates.
ClayDry BOLD is our extra-strength formulation with Arrowroot Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda), and Ionic Clay Minerals. The combination of these ingredients helps absorb excess moisture and defend against odor-causing bacteria even before they occur, leaving you smelling fresh even through your sweatiest of days.
ClayDry GLIDE is the same formulation as our BOLD minus baking soda for our sensitive armpits.
ClayDry SILK is our water-based formulation without baking soda. It is packed with enzymes, plant extracts, and ionic clay minerals to attack odor-causing bacteria while nourishing the skin for long-lasting freshness.
ClayDry ROLL ON is a liquid deodorant with herb extract, botanical oils, and ionic clay minerals to neutralize odor. If you want an unscented deodorant, check out our Bold Fragrance-Free Deodorant.

My armpits still has odor and the deodorant is not working
Your armpits will naturally detox when you stop using antiperspirants. If you feel you have built up bacteria from the aluminum, our customers love using a clay mask to detox their armpits.
Remember, every armpit is different, and finding a chemical-free deodorant that works with your skin’s microbiome will take time.

How do I detox my armpit?
You can use one of our clay masks: Charcoal, Original, or Oatmeal.
OR
You can also use a DIY clay mask by mixing
1 TBSP of clay powder
1 TSP of water
1 TSP of apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Apply the mask on your armpits and wait 10-15 minutes.
- Wipe off with a damp towel and rinse.
- Repeat 3 days straight, then as needed.

Do all you deodorants have fragrances?
If you want an unscented deodorant, check out our Bold Fragrance-Free Deodorant.
We use essential oils and/or plant extracts or synthetic fragrances depending on our product scent. We formulate all of our fragrances within the International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) guidelines to ensure the safety of our formulations.
Please check individual product ingredients to find the best formulation for you.

Can your deodorants be used on sensitive skin?
We have deodorants for a variety of skin types. If you have sensitive skin, our SILK line is a water-based formulated with enzymes, botanical oils, and plant extracts. If you are sensitive to baking soda, our SILK, GLIDE, and ROLL ON are all baking soda-free. We also have our Fragrance Free BOLD Deodorant for our fragrance-sensitive pits.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We can help you place an order over the phone. Please have a list of chosen items to speed up your order placement.

Why is my promotion code not working?
Please make sure you have an active promotional code and the products in your bag adhere to the terms and conditions of the promotional code.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes can be made while placing your order. Once your order has been confirmed and payments have been fulfilled, unfortunately no changes can be made to your order.
If you want to cancel your order please give us a call immediately at 650-991-222 and send us an email. We process orders fairly quickly and can’t guarantee that we can cancel your order.
Please make sure to double check your order details and shipping address before confirming your order.

Can I change my delivery address?
Delivery addresses can be changed before placing your order. Once the order has been placed and payments have been fulfilled please call us immediately at 650-991-222 and email us at help@zionhealth.com.
If your order has not been processed and/or shipped out we may be able to change your delivery address but is not guaranteed.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process ( incorrect/ incomplete address), ZionHealth reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $7 per USA orders.

USA excluding Hawaii / Alaska:
Under 40$ = 5.95$ Ground Shipping (up to 6 days)
Under 40$ = 7.99$ Priority Mail (Up to 3 days)40$ and over = Free Priority Shipping (Up to 3 days)
International Shipping:
Currently we not offer free shipping for international orders. (We hope to offer it in the future)
Shipping prices for international orders will automatically change when shipping address is entered.We are not able to modify or cancel orders after packages have been shipped out. Please double check your items and shipping address when placing your order.

My tracking says delivered but I have not received my order
Please check with your neighbors, around the mailbox, in and outside the house. If you still cannot find your package please contact your local postal office with your tracking number. They can help you locate your order. Sometimes they have it held at your local postal office.
Once we ship a package ZionHealth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If you have any delivery requests please add it into the shipping comments section.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), ZionHealth reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $7 USD for USA orders.

Damaged or received the wrong order?
Shipping mistakes happen and we take full responsibility.
Please contact customer service at (650) 991-2222 from 10AM to 4PM PST or email help@zionhealth.com with your order number and a picture of your damaged or wrong product(s) within 7 days of receiving your package and we will help you with your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product. You may return your unused or gently used product(s) within 28 days of delivery for a full return or store credit.
Please note that return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable, unless products are defected.
How do I return a product?
Step 1: Email customer service at help@zionhealth.com with your order number, reason for return, a picture of the product’s current state. If the item is defected please include an image of the faulty part of the item.
Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your order.
Step 3: Once we receive your return items, they will be inspected, processed, and our customer service team will send your a return confirmation email.*Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to show up on your bank statement

Products that are marked as final sale and apart of our “sale” category are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit. -
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return items, they will be inspected, processed, and our customer service team will send your a return confirmation email. We try our best to process your refund same day of receiving your return package.
Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to your card.
Choose store credit for an immediate refund.
